RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
The most important facts in a nutshell: When ordering from our shop, you have a 14-day right of return (right of withdrawal) for unworn garments. Please choose a shipping method with tracking and return the goods to our showroom in Berlin:

We can only accept returns of items that were purchased in the RAFFAUF shop. In case you wish to return RAFFAUF garments that you bought somewhere else, please return them where you bought them. In the event of unauthorised non-acceptance of delivered goods, costs and damage are borne by the customer.
In accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code, customers purchasing garments from our shop have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) to us (RAFFAUF, Ostpreußendamm 170 A, 12207 Berlin, raffauf [at] raffauf.de) to inform about your decision to withdraw from this contract. In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification stating that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation: If you revoke this contract, we have to repay your payment, minus any shipping costs that may have been paid, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. Please be sure to keep the posting receipt until you receive confirmation from us that your return has been received. This proof confirms the return date.
In the event of cancellation, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods in accordance with Section 357 (6) BGB. These also include return costs incurred if the goods cannot be returned by normal post due to their nature.
Please note that the goods delivered may only be used for the purpose of testing - for example, as is customary in a shop for trying on - and avoid damage and contamination. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
Please send the goods back to us with a label and in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Please note: Customers with habitual residence in a country that is neither a member of the EU nor the EEA have no right of return and/or cancellation (see General Terms and Conditions for further information).
