SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

Shipping rates for orders in the RAFFAUF shop vary depending on the country of delivery. Deliveries within Germany and to other EU countries are free of charge if your order value amounts to a minimum of 100 €.

For order values of less than 100 €, we charge 3,79 € for deliveries within Germany and 15 € for deliveries to other EU countries.

Delivery can usually take up to one week within the EU.

We currently only ship to EU member countries and the US.

US customers can only order if their order value exceeds 400 €. Delivery to the US is free of charge. However, the buyer is responsible to pay duties and/or taxes to customs if applicable.
