ABELIE – 100 % Recycled PET Bottles (Designer Sale)

• fabric made from 100 % recycled PET bottles, GRS-certified (Compared to virgin polyester, the production of recycled polyester requires 60% less energy and 90% less water, and Co2 emissions are reduced by 30%.)
• wind- and water-resistant, sustainable, vegan
• fabric is slightly stiff which allows for the shawlcollar and cuffs to be shaped
• Our garments made from recycled PET bottles travel an average of just 1,300 km before they arrive at our Berlin studio. In Northern Italy, the bottles are collected, cleaned, crushed, and melted. They are then turned into wafer-thin polyester fibres, which are spun into threads, dyed without heavy metals and woven into a new and entirely recycled fabric. The fabric continues its journey to our production facility in Szczecin, Poland, where our jackets and coats are sewn. From there, it is only a stone's throw to our Berlin studio.

• Colour: Deep Forest is a very dark Green. Depending on the light, it looks either Green or almost Black.
• Fit: ABELIE has a wide and loose A-line cut. The size is perfect if the shoulder seam is in the right place and the fabric falls loosely. Closing the adjustable belt in front allows for a figure-accentuating look.
• Approximate sizing: S = 36/38, M = 40, L = 42/44, XL = 46/48
• A size chart with measurements for each size can be found in the photos. The sleeve length is indicated there including the cuff, which can be folded up as desired.
